Our story
Sandra & Richard have a combined 25+ years of experience in product management, operations, finance, learning & development, design, retail (even an ice cream shop!).
Upon reflecting on their experiences and challenges, they had a lightbulb moment. The challenges faced weren’t because of a lack of specialized skills, advanced degrees, certifications, or ping pong tables...
The commonality across all experience, regardless of industry, role or tenure, is ineffective communication.
Communication matters
Even with the most brilliant teams, if those teams cannot clearly communicate their ideas and bring everyone along, it becomes incredibly difficult (translation: time-consuming, expensive, demoralizing) for individuals, teams and companies to achieve their desired goals, resulting in:
